EuropShip LLC ("EuropShip", "we", "us") provides e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, cash-on-delivery (COD) logistics, sourcing, and related services across Europe and Eastern Europe. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit our website, submit our contact form, or work with us as a seller or partner.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact form data: your full name, phone number, email address, average sales volume, market experience, and any message you send us.
• Account and contract data: when you become a client, we collect business details, identity information required for onboarding, bank account details for payouts, and the information contained in your service contract.
• Operational data: order information, delivery addresses of your customers, parcel tracking events, confirmation call outcomes, and payout records, processed on your behalf to provide the service.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information collected automatically when you visit the site, used for security and performance.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiries within our stated response time of 48 business hours.
• To provide fulfillment, delivery, confirmation, COD collection, and weekly payout services.
• To onboard you as a client, prepare and manage your service contract, and assist you with company creation where applicable.
• To connect your store integrations (Shopify, TikTok Shop, PrestaShop, Miravia, Temu, Amazon FBA/FBM, WooCommerce) or API access at your request.
• To comply with legal, tax, and customs obligations in the countries where we operate.

4. Your customers' data

When we deliver your orders, we process your customers' names, addresses, and phone numbers strictly as a service provider acting on your instructions. This data is used only to confirm, ship, and deliver orders and is shared solely with the carriers involved in each delivery (such as DHL, GLS, DPD, InPost, Fan Courier, Sameday, Correos, and SEUR).

5. Sharing of data

We never sell personal data. We share data only with: carriers and logistics partners needed to complete deliveries; banks and payment providers needed to execute your weekly payouts; sourcing agents where you use our sourcing services; and authorities where required by law (including customs).

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards. Client, contract, payout, and operational records are retained for the duration of our relationship and thereafter as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

7. Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right under the GDPR to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. 8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and vetted logistics and banking partners. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data at every step of the chain.
