01 · Scope

What fulfillment actually covers here

On this network fulfillment means every physical and financial step between your stock arriving and your money landing:

1

Receiving and storage

Your stock arrives, gets checked in and shelved. Receiving, shelving, pallets and months on the shelf cost €0 in every hub. Stock that waits costs you nothing but the cash tied up in it.

2

Order confirmation by phone

Every lead is called in the buyer's own language, up to seven attempts, before anything is packed. €1.20 per lead, not per attempt. Only confirmed orders reach the warehouse floor. Details on the call centre page.

3

Pick, pack and label

Free out of Romania, €1 to €2.20 out of the other hubs. The parcel is prepared and handed to the courier, often the same day.

4

Delivery and cash collection

Local carriers deliver to the door in 24 to 48 hours and collect the cash. Eight carriers across the network, compared on the courier page.

5

Returns handling

Refused parcels come back to the warehouse and go into sellable stock. Free on five routes, a flat few euros on most of the rest, and only charged when a parcel actually returns.

6

Payouts to your own bank

Cash collected is paid out weekly, every Friday, to your bank account. Not to a wallet you have to withdraw from.

02 · The network

The four warehouses

One shelf can serve a lot of Europe. Romania alone reaches nine countries, which is why most sellers start there and only add a second hub when volume or return rates justify it.

Warehouses and what each reaches

Live from the rate card. Fulfillment is free out of Romania, which is why it wins most Eastern European routes.

Free storage everywhere

Country detail lives on the individual hub pages: Romania and Bulgaria. The Bulgaria page carries a calculator that shows when Romania is the cheaper choice, which it usually is.

03 · Flow

How a single order moves

You send stock in, or we source it

Ship it yourself, or tell us what to buy through the sourcing desk and we quote factory price, freight and duties as one delivered number.

A lead arrives from your ads

Name, phone, city on a form. No card, no checkout, no account. It appears in your dashboard immediately.

We call and confirm

Native language, up to seven attempts, address and price confirmed out loud. Unconfirmed leads never become parcels.

We pick, pack and hand over

To Sameday, Geniki, GLS, InPost, PPL, SPS, DPD or Correos depending on the route.

The courier delivers and collects

24 hours domestically, 48 across most of Eastern Europe. The buyer pays at the door.

You get paid on Friday

Weekly, to your own bank. Refused parcels return to the shelf and go back into stock.

04 · Price

What it costs, in full

We publish everything. Most competitors put pricing behind a contact form; we would rather you can do the arithmetic before you talk to us.

  • Warehousing and storage: free, every hub, no monthly charge.
  • Fulfillment: free out of Romania, €1 to €2.20 out of Bulgaria, Spain and Italy.
  • Shipping: from €3.31 per parcel, 300 g to 1.2 kg. Rate depends on the route, never on your volume.
  • Call centre: €1.20 per lead, covering up to seven attempts.
  • COD collection: 4% on delivered orders valued under $45.
  • Returns: free on several routes, otherwise a flat amount or the route's shipping rate. Charged only when a parcel comes back.

Full tables and a profit calculator are on the fees page.

Since July 2026, one more line

The EU began phasing out the €150 customs duty exemption on 1 July 2026, replacing it with a flat €3 duty per item type. That does not change the rates above, but it changes how you should get stock here: importing in bulk into an EU warehouse means one customs entry per restock instead of one per order. The de minimis page has the maths.

05 · Fit

Who this suits, and who it does not

A good fit

Sellers with a product that already moves, targeting Eastern or Southern Europe, selling on cash on delivery, with parcels in the 300 g to 1.2 kg band and the capital to hold a stock batch.

A poor fit

Anyone still hunting for a product and unwilling to commit to stock, anything fragile, temperature controlled or heavily regulated, and anyone whose whole market is Western Europe on prepaid checkout, where a local 3PL will usually serve you better.

Not sure which side you fall on? Say so on the call. Sending stock to a warehouse that is wrong for your product helps nobody.
