No setup cost, no monthly minimum, no platform fee sneaking onto invoice three. If a charge isn't one of these six lines, you will never see it.

Rates are per parcel, 300 g to 1.2 kg, in euro. Every route also gets free warehousing and free pallet storage, so the table below is the whole story.

You pay per order, when you ship.
The math, plainly. The three presets only move confirmation, delivery and ad cost, because those are the three things you can’t set on day one. Everything else is your offer. The break-even figure is the most you could pay for a lead before the month stops paying you, so if your real cost per lead sits under it, you have room. Ad spend and the call center are charged on every lead, confirmed or not. Shipping and fulfillment are charged on every confirmed order. Revenue, the COD fee and product cost only count on delivered orders. Parcels that don't deliver ride back to the shelf, and some routes charge for that trip. Ad spend is what you pay your traffic source, not us, so it never touches your EuropShip invoice. Treat the result as a solid estimate: your niche and your traffic set the final numbers.
